Our Founder & History
Founded in 2021 by Executive Recruiter, Francesca Fielding Wilson, with a focus specifically on the Flavours, Ingredients & Fragrances markets, we are experts in our field, having led recruitment campaigns in this sector for the last decade. We practise what we preach and we believe that communication, honesty and high standards should be the cornerstone of recruitment. We don’t send CVs for the sake of it; we respect our clients time and our candidates privacy. Nor do we have a KPI environment and we don’t work with everyone in the market.
We offer bespoke pricing solutions, whilst making sure that our delivery is quality driven, not quantity driven. We work with like minded candidates and clients, and promote only those that meet our high standards, whilst building solid relationships with key stakeholders, that stand the test of time.

We work closely with senior executives in the market to secure their next role through a range of techniques. By focusing on partnerships and relationships, rather than sending blanket emails and or focusing on KPIs, we spot opportunity in the right companies, often creating speculative placements by placing talent in front of decision makers before the role has even gone to market.
