“At Tyson Foods Europe we have worked closely with Francesca Fielding at Westcliffe Partnership on a number of recruitment (head-hunting) projects and it was a logical step to expand our working relationship via a recruitment Workshop.
This was presented via video link to our HR team across the UK, Netherlands and Austria. Francesca’s specialized experience in recruitment and headhunting across Europe came across in the training, and included some useful LinkedIn recruiter module tips!
The workshop was broken down into modules, comprehensively covering from the beginning to the end of a recruitment process, for example how to take a fully qualified brief and creating the perfect job description/advert through to finding the perfect candidate and managing the process.
There was so much we took away from this training, some aspects were quick “plug and play” to integrate into our day-to-date working and others will take more time.
